Terms and Conditions


Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. Any accounts must be paid in full 7 days from the invoice date or 10 business days before the ASM start date, whichever comes first. The organisers reserve right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts any time after 7 days from date of tax invoice being sent.
If payment is not received prior to the ASM, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card.


It is strongly recommended that delegates have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses. None of this is included in your Meeting registration.


The conference organisers reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. "The organisers shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The term "Force Majeure" means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to War, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, natural disasters, Acts or Regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause.

COVID-19 Compliance

All participants at the Meeting will be required to comply with the COVID Safety Guidelines and protocols in place with the venue/s and the Meeting which will be aligned and compliant with all relevant Commonwealth and state government health advice at that time. By registering for the Meeting, ANZAN reserves the right to provide your contact details to authorities for the purposes of contact tracing and any other relevant government requirements.
Details of the protocols and requirements will be available on the website and all registrants will be bound by these requirements. ANZAN reserves the right to update the COVID protocols to ensure the health and safety of participants, including but not limited to event entry requirements. Participants may be excluded if they do not comply with the requirements of the COVID Safety Guidelines and protocols.

MCEC's Conditions of Entry

In line with our standard conditions of entry, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) is enforcing additional health and safety measures to ensure a safe and secure venue.

Please note that these additional conditions of entry apply to all entrants (including visitors, customers, contractors and employees) and are subject to change without notice and at the discretion of MCEC. MCEC retains the right to refuse entry to any visitors who refuse to adhere to health and safety measures.

Visitor, customer and contractor vaccination requirements

As per Victorian Government Open Premises Directions any persons aged 18 years and over must be fully vaccinated to attend events on-site at MCEC.
All visitors, customers and contractors must prove their vaccination exemption status to enter MCEC event spaces.
As per current Open Premises Directions, a person younger than 18 years of age is treated as a fully vaccinated person and permitted to attend events in the company of fully vaccinated parents and/or guardians.

Contact tracing and vaccination check-in

For the purposes of contact tracing and vaccination compliance all visitors are required to check-in upon entry to the meeting space via the Victorian Government QR code using the Service Victoria App.
