Please read the below information carefully before proceeding with in-person or virtual registration.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

When you register, you will receive a confirmation straight away via email including a link to tax invoice/receipt. Please also check your junk mail folder.

If you do not receive this confirmation, please email the meeting organisers immediately.

Access details to virtual content will be granted depending on registration category.

Payment of registration fees
All payments must be in Australian dollars. Payment may be made by:

Credit card – all major cards accepted (Note that payments will appear as IVVY PTY LTD on your credit card statement.)
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – banking details will be advised on your tax invoice.

Cancellations and refund policy

Full Cancellation Terms for the Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) can be found here.

Cancellation of registration must be emailed to Meeting Organisers.

Cancellation requests made between Saturday, 5th March 2022 and Friday, 8th April 2022 will receive a full refund minus an administration fee of $110 incl GST. Any cancellations made after this date will be considered on a case by case basis.

Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the Meeting via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.

Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the Meeting, provided the Meeting Organiser is advised in writing.
